Commercial case study
Warehouse converted to offices, without closing the business
A 6,000 sq ft warehouse for KeepMe.co.uk, converted into modern office space around a live, operating business. A new mezzanine floor was installed alongside the small one already in place, and the upper floor was partitioned full height to create light, open offices. The work that could not be done around staff — electrics and utilities — was carried out at weekends, so the company traded through the project without a day of downtime.
